Anyways, do you think we should fullscreen stretch by default?

I'd greatly prefer running an integer scaled image by default, and give the option for fullscreen to those that want that kind of... horrid, irresponsible pixel doubling.
For 720p, every core should scale to 2x/3x perfectly fine while filling the screen adequately, keeping the console's original aspect ratio intact.

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Edit: And now no more bitching till I am done! 3am here.. just finishing my beer lol

. . . Oops--

Well I kinda have it in already (int scaling), but seems buggy and not gonna fix that today. Its a problem for my future self

I was more speaking to getting it consistent across the board -- so basically, fixing what was there. PCE in particular is 1x scaled.
If doing both/all three (custom ratios, etc.) are doable, then go right ahead.

The end game will be all 3, just asking what defaults people prefer

(I hate scaling, thats why it was so low prio :P )

Phenomenal news guys and gals for the 3do emulator, I yolo'd it and used the retroarch config from yabuse and we have joystick controls! Ill repost everything right now with the working config. All you gotta do is put the bios bin in the 4do folder with the .nro and link it ( Settings>Directory>System/BIOS>find your .bin ) I tried to link the system bios in the .cfg but its not working. Everything else should be 100% working though!

edit:
This emulator is running at 100% speed the only issues with it are sound which is a general issue
