So I wanted to be useful and try a core that needs BIOS for some games to run.
This time I tried FCEUmm the NES/FDS emulator.
It seems everything works just as fine as everything else including FDS games.
To get them to run you need put the disksys.rom BIOS file in /switch/fceummnx/

wow! thanks this is awesome, any possibility you could try porting the "mednafen_pce_fast_libretro" core, would be great to see if the systemcard CD games worked using the cd bios?

Here is Beetle-VB, a core for the Nintendo Virtual Boy.

Ran like 6 different games and it all seems as well.

Thank you m4xw. I compiled the Fuse core (Sinclair ZX Spectrum emulator) and it works great on the Switch.
The few lines I copy/pasted in the Makefile is on GitHub 'GrouchoMarx-NL/fuse-libretro' (Cannot post link yet as new member)
