Homebrew Question Detached JoyCon Spoofer?

So my Nintendo Switch touchscreen is broken and in Mario Galaxy in handheld mode you use the touchscreen to control the pointer. Is there any homebrew/way to emulate the joycons as detached whilst they are in handheld mode since in detached mode they are controlled by gyro?

Just detach and use in tablet mode for those sections.

Have you tried using ReverseNX to tell the game that it's in docked mode? IDK if it will work, depends what the game checks for.

I just tried that out and ReverseNX crashes on selecting a game.

just detach your joycons. Gyro doesn't work properly when they're attached
