HI anyone know how to connect WIFI in DesmuMe and is there any another application instead of winpcap?

I know how to downloading this WIFI plugin but I don't know how put it into the IDEAS emulator?

It's just a stub... In case you don't understand, there is no actual wifi. None of the current ds emulators has a working wifi yet as for as I know.
