Hey now! I use a Legendary or two, as long as the one I battle does the same. If they're using their Legendaries then I bring out mine to the same equal number of theirs. Generally I use one or two. Nothing wrong with it as long as you warn them ahead of time.

if someone else is using it then fine, but I mean if someone doesn't use them then it is just your advantage >.>;; I only managed to beat my cheap ass friend using a dialga and Roar of Timing me because of my Togekiss.

I am not a fan of legendaries at all.

Nothing beats facing a friend's all Legendary team and completely obliterating them because they aren't trained at all. Heh.
Also hell yeah fellow Zangoose user! I shuffle my team up I never use just the same six. I haven't battled in forever though, I've had no one to battle against.

Now if it was a normal battle and someone lays down a team full of legends then I could see a complaint,but if I were to make a team up right now it would have one in there

Ones caught with the patch are perfectly legit (as far as the games think anyway) and nothing negative will come out of it.

Nice. So the only thing giving them away is their capture location?

In addition to that *important* detail, also note:

Some pokemon are not available in pokemon D/P
Some can only be caught in D, others in P
Level met (this could be no problem depending on how the patch was done)
OT ID/SID
Ribbons
85h value
Fateful Encounter status

I know all of those, but I gotta ask about one. What the heck is the 85h value?

85h can have one of the following values. It shows how the Pokemon was obtained:

00 - Egg/Pal Parked/Event
02 - Tall Grass
04 - Dialga/Palkia Event
05 - Cave/Hall of Origin
07 - Water
0C - Starter/Fossil Pokemon
09 - Buildings
0A - Safari Zone

Since the Deoxys is an event, its 85h would be 00.

Just to clear up some suspicions, the actual Deoxys distro .nds just popped up on a certain well known source. Use this to avoid any patching issues you might have
