ROM Hack deoxys distro hack

Is it possible for some to make a hack(or makea homebrew on the deoxys distro rom so you can send more than 1 pokemon/wondercard? like have a list of pokemon/wondercards on the bottom screen to send to other peoples ds's.

The program only permit one wondercard per distribution package. Just make multiple versions and execute the one you want.

Note. You can only receive up to a max of 3 wonder cards at any one time before you need to collect it from the PokeShop anyway.
