Apple Deleting bought Music ?

Well i bought a Iphone off ebay and when i started it i already had some shitty 50 cent songs on the iphone and there is just no way to delete those -.-V

they are listed as bought and they are even in my Itunes but greyed out with no way of deleting them ...

any idea how it might work ?

If you restore it and reinstall firmware, it'll delete everything on there. Then, you can choose to treat it as a new device instead of restoring from a backup of data.

There are settings for manually selecting music from iDevice in iTunes also that will allow you to delete anything...
right?
