My SD Card is full and I was wondering how to delete badges in order to get some free space. I got a backup of the Nintendo 3DS folder and that other folder (forgot the name, starts with d).
EDIT: I got b9s

Badges don’t take up much space (kilobytes at the most), and the other folder is called DCIM I assume. I am pretty sure you could just delete the Nintendo 3DS folder. The only thing that would be a pain would be redownloading all of your games again. The best way to free up space is to delete games you don’t want/ barely ever use.

Well, actually, if you go into System Settings/Data Management/Extra Data/ Nintendo Badge Arcade, you should be able to delete that data. This will only free up a substantial amount of space if you have 500+ badges, however. FEF1 is right in that removing old games would be more effective.
