Hacking Delete/diable movies in games?

is it possible to delete/diable movies in games to avoid the laggy videos?
(incase the 3x speed can not be fixed..)

well still starlet won't be cracked for a while so we'll still be at 3x speed

Kind of like a UMDGen for Wii.

You could replace videos and dummy files (if any) which would shrink it a lot.
