Can you restore downloaded content (games, vc, themes etc.) without having to update first?

I dunno why, but one of my consoles used to nag me about updating, but then after awhile, after leaving it off with the Wi-Fi turned off it just stopped nagging me, even after I turned it on and off multiple times I never got the nag again. Anyway else have this happen? Not that I'm complaining. It's still on 9.2 firmware.

I formatted sysnand so that I could unlink my sysnand and Emunand, does this mean I cannot dump SD card contents?

You can now with the ticket.db method even if you formated your sysnand.

Make sure you don't have any wi fi connection on sysnand. Then, turn off your console and press and hold L+R+A+UP(D-Pad)+Power.

You will see a update screen. Touch the cancel button.

And it's ready. The update nag is deleted.
