For people that don't know how to install skins:
1download uxtheme from http://uxstyle.com
2install it
3place the 2 theme files and the folder in C:\Windows\Resources\Themes
4Select the theme under Control Panel>Personalization

Shouldn't if it uses the UXTheme patch it means that it uses the native Windows themeing engine.

No uxtheme is an engine layer over the engine so it doesn't edit any system files!

No it doesn't themes just change thinges and doesn't make system resource higher, only windowsblinds but that sucks!

The icons are token and you need to install themselfe there not part of the theme....
And for navigation icons you must look at my DA for Day Line Extra's

1nope only windows 7, vista not because it an crappy windows

and xp not becuase its 100% difrent of skinning....
