Decoders and Headphones

hi i am in the market for a pair of surround sound headphones because i cant get a full cinema system so far i have worked out that i cant get gaming headphones because the decoder only supports dolby digital pro ii and most of my movies are in either dts or ac3 so can any one help me find a decoder and a good pair of headphones. ideally the decoder would work with dts ac3 aac and dolby digital pro ii and the headphones would have a built in mic and be 7.1 but oh well we dont live in an ideal world. i have seen the sony mdr-rf4000k and was going to pair them with the decoder from this link http://www.keene.co.uk/electronics/multi.php?mycode=dadts but because the sony headphones are wireless i dont know if it will work can any one help please
