Decent, Free, WMV to GIF software?

Does anybody have any decent, free, wmv to gif software? A GUI is preferred but not essential, must run on Vista.

Video Avatar is pretty much the beast of the beasts when it comes to video -> gif. I even prefer to use that instead of adobe premiere or sony vegas since it's much faster and easier to edit to your liking.
It's however not free.. there is a trial and with some google you can get the 'full' program.
I'm not sure how limited the trial version is though (probably watermark) so you can try with that first.
