Well I my own GTS Server Working...
I Have Pretty much all the (USA) Events available
and You can pick up a Random Event from the GTS...

All you gotta do is be willing to change your DNS Server in your DS's Settings..
Which isn't hard...

Intructions:
1. Go to your DS's Wifi Settings
2. Select your Current Settings
3. Look for Auto obtain DNS, Select "NO"
4. Under Primary DNS, Input this Number 67.163.40.186
5. Hit Save Settings, Then Start the Game

----In The Game----

1. Head to the GTS, With a Full Party and Connect to Wi-Fi
2. It should say "Checking GTS Status"
That means it's downloading the Pokemon...
3. Once done the Animation will Play and you Have your Pokemon...
3b. If You get an Error AFTER you receive your Pokemon
it's normal just restart the game and Continue..
4. Go Back to your Wi-Fi Settings and set Auto Obtain DNS to "YES" to revert back to normal...

NOTE: If you do not have a Full party, The Received Pokemon will have odd stats
Such as LV. 121.. To Fix this, Head to the Daycare, Deposit it and Get it back...

ALSO: I Haven't Tried Dual Distribution between Gen 5 And Gen 4 Games so let me Know if there are
problems..

Q: Are these Legit?
A: Depends, They are the Real Events, Untouched and All... But the method of Receiving Probably

wouldn't be.. They are Safe tho...

Q: Is this Safe?
A: They are.. Unless Nintendo made some Faulty Events...

Q: How Long are you Doing this?
A: I'd say for about a Week unless for some reason I Have to close out the Server...

EDIT 2: Is it running through them in order? 'Caus I just got 2 ALAMOS DARKRAI's. :/

EDIT 3: Dammit I got the Michina Arceus. Anyone want to trade for the Ho-Oh?

EDIT 4: Hold up, in getting Comm. Errors whenever it tries to check the GTS status. Anyone else getting this?

I'm gonna have to look into the problem... I think I know what's up.. I should have it fixed soon...

And I'm pretty sure it supports BW.. the program I'm using says BW mode and I'm running two windows of the same program one for Gen 4 and one for Gen 5


EDIT: Try it now..

I found out why the GTS was actin up.. It was trying to send a Pokemon that wasnt there..
In this case a Manaphy egg which cant be distributed through the GTS So I removed it while the Server was Up...
Everything should be fixed now

I'm not sure if the BW Server is working or not... It doesn't say anybody got anything, or even logged on...

Looks like it doesn't work. Keep getting Error 13247 when I try to connect with BW. With Pkmn Diamond. everything's fine, even though I have to restart my DS after each pokemon-get :/
