Gaming DDR Games on Wii

[Melancholy]

I've heard of some DDR type-style games on Wii, can anyone confirm what the game(s) are actually called?

[Hermpie]

its called Dance Dance Revolution Hottest Party.
also gamecube titles like mario DDR will work. (very rare to find original)

[Melancholy]

Oh ok. And is the mat connected using that USB port at the back?

[Lazycus]

No, DDR games on the Wii use the GameCube dance pads which connect through the GameCube ports. As far as I know there are no compatible dance pads which connect through the USB ports or the Wii controllers.

So far, from what i recall:

Dance Dance Revolution The Hottest Party
Dance Dance Revolution The Hottest Party 2 (Gamecube dance mat does not work)
Dance Dance Revolution Disney Grooves

And from Gamecube, Dance Dance Revolution Mario Mix

I believe there is one or two more...

Makes sure before you buy any dance pads that they are compatible with the newer DDR games. Some aren't or require extra adaptors.
