look like some kind of USB to Parallel adapter (or actualy a USB I/O adaptor)

to control the drive like the WAB mod cheap parallel cable...

but this come with a software of some sort...and tehoricaly USB driver...

kinda "useless" as drive chip shouldn't get any better soon....
