Datamining dialogue lines from Animal Crossing GC?

Is it possible to datamine the dialogue or just any lines from this game? I wanted to use the lines for a mod to get rid of boring dialogue in a farming sim type game and replace it with funny AC GC lines. They don't seem to exist anywhere on the Internet so I think it has to be done some other way, anyone have any ideas what I could use?

I've seen Wiiscrubber/Dolphin suggested in an old thread but that just had to do with image assets, is it possible for anything to get dialogue/text?
