I'm following the steps to install FBI.cia (on sysNAND, haven't set up emuNAND yet) but it says I need to go into System Settings > Data Management > Nintendo 3DS > Software after putting the import.db and title.db files, and that it wll show the corrupt database error, but nothing happens.
My 3DS is also freshly formatted since I had to do it to downgrade. Any ideas?
