Hacking Data_input problem

So im following this guide https://3ds.guide/installing-arm9loaderhax and when i try to copy the secret_sector.bin windows 7 wont let me giving me an error (i know data_input is a semi-bad topic but i really need some help here!)

Did you try to copy it with the cmd console?

For example:
copy C:\Users\desktop\Example.txt D:\backup\Example.txt
