Installed and works perfect with all games I have. Thank u Dark Team all your effeorts made!
And I suggest to add IOS31 and IOS61 IOS for MII channel and Shop channel. Because if the console version is 3.X and update the SM to 4.X, lack of IOS61. Meanwhile, if downgrade from 4.x to 3.x, the IOS31 is motherballed anyway.

Yeah, get the full pack (mail the e-mail thingy) and it will have the needed files

1) If it can be uninstalled, how come I only saw 1 set of WAD files? I assume these are the main ones for installation. Where are the original set of IOSes which are meant to restore the Wii to it's original state?

2) I don't even see IOS70, so how does it prevent korean sets from getting bricked after updating it with the system menu from 4.2x?

total noob was just making sure since the wii i want to mod is the family wwi, not mine and if it bricks, i can't afford a new one to replace it.

Nope.

Works fine.

Just make a NAND backup with bootmii (regardless whether it's in boot2 or IOS) beforehand.

As soon as you start the program?

The program starts fine, its just that whenever i choose something it tells me "Exception -1029, Error! ES_Identify" I think i know whats casuing it, but i want to ask u to make sure. Before i installed Darkcorp i installed cios rev 19, then when i tried installing darkcorp it gave me this error so tried reinstalling my old NAND which uses Cios rev 14, and it installs fine. Obviously cios rev 19 is causing the problem, but after i intstall darkcorp should i install cios rev 19 or does darkcorp install cios rev 19 (or an equivelent replacement of it)? sry for the questions.

Well, you don't have to mess with IOS249 at all.

You can reinstall rev19 if you want, but if you have hermes' cIOS222 installed, you can use cIOS222 for the installer instead.

just select
(Uses cIOS222) Install/Upgrade to DARKCORP v1.0 (regular mode)

and you should be fine.

if you don't have hermes' cIOS222 installed, I suggest you install it, using base 38.

Well, you don't have to mess with IOS249 at all.

You can reinstall rev19 if you want, but if you have hermes' cIOS222 installed, you can use cIOS222 for the installer instead.

just select
(Uses cIOS222) Install/Upgrade to DARKCORP v1.0 (regular mode)

and you should be fine.

I get code dumps when i try to use cIOS222 ... and when i try cIOS249 it gives that es_identify error. im using rev 19 38 as base.

worked for me...

try installing via the "virgin wii" method (Uses 36+249)

it will install cIOS249rev17"b" for you, then it will use it.

Just reinstall cIOS249 rev19 afterwards if you want to go back to rev19.

lol sry one more question. everytime i run redsteel 2 either from the backup loader or disk channel i get an error. If i load it from disk channel it gives me a black screen saying disk cannot be read. I installed IOS 53, cios rev19 under base 38, and DARKCORP

. im on system menu 4.2, What is wrong? sry for bugging u guys. tried looking around but despite what ive read my problem hasnt been solves yet. thx in advance.
