Hacking Dark Spire on CycloDS, any problems?

Are there any copy protection issues with The Dark Spire on the CycloDS? I noticed there was a copy protection bypass cheat in the latest cheat update, but is it necessary for the Cyclo? Note that the copy protection is on level 2 (minor spoiler about it below).

If there were any problems, they would be on level 2 with the gambler.

That was true of the 16th of April cheat database but there doesn't appear to be any copy protection code in the 24th of April release so I guess they removed it.

seriously cyclo is the way to go for the lite. ya bypass cheat wasnt needed in first place on that card. i just cant wait for for the cyclodsi *sniff sniff* bigger screan and cool functions but i dont even use the thing yet. it just sits a couple feet from me and looks at me with its longing camera lens....

im sorry dsi....i have to break it off with my carbon whatever color lite first
