Hacking Danganronpa broken controls?

I've been playing a Danganronpa Trigger Happy Havoc backup that I stumbled upon on the sidewalk one day, and some of the controls are... broken almost. Some places that I move the left analog stick, it moves the whole screen (like with the right analog or the d-pad) instead of just the redicule.
Has anyone else had this problem before, or is my vita just a big fart.

**I've also tested my other games, and none have this problem.**

I wouldn't think that would be it but I've seen stranger things. If you stumble across another copy on the sidewalk try it and see if it does the same thing....

Really? Weird cuz I found one on the sidewalk outside my workplace last week.

Hmmm, if this is the case I was so looking forward to playing dangonronpa! >,<
