Hacking Danganronpa 60 fps patches

I came across a bug in Danganronpa 2 where if you buy something from the vending machine, the game runs at 60fps till you talk to someone

Makes me think the games are very capable of running in 60fps. Could someone guide me how to make vitagrafix patches for the 3 games?

The intro screen is also in 60fps, but turns into 30fps when you go to the menu

I tried looking for the value with vita cheat but no luck :/

I don't think there is a patch for Vita although for PSP there is one to run at 60fps, I don't know if it works with Adrenaline in vita or in psp

Could someone help me find the values for the fps? i've been playing around with all kinds of value searches in vitacheat with no luck sadly
