i think my sdhc card bricked... the computers i tried dont recognize it anymore.
i was in the middle of transferring the triple boot thing when it died, and my m3 just white screens after turning on.

on top of all this, i am on vacation, and wont be home until next week, so i cant exactly send it back to newegg until then.

That sucks. You might be able to fix it if you or someone you know has a cell phone that can use SDHC cards. Normally when PC's stop recognizing them, they can still be formatted in cell phones or other devices that use them.

huh. well i think i will send it back to newegg anyway, since if it has a history of breaking, it may break again. and i think newegg has a 1 month return thing, so im still good there

before you do that, what reader do you use?
the cheap ones that come with flashcards often break, causing microSD corruption.

I have the same problem with one of my old Toshiba 2GB sd cards. No device can detect it so I can't format or doing anything with it. To use the parlance of our times, its kind of gay.

well, i was using the one that came with my real.
but my microsd-sd adapter thingy doesnt work either.

I had the same thing happen to a Kingston 2GB. Was writing to it on the PC, it got really slow for 30 seconds then it was completely dead. PC wouldn't read it, digital camera would lock up when I put it in...ended up sending it to Kingston.

i think it got corrupted because the reader broke, and most electronic devices lock up when you ask them to read/write corrupted microSD's

to fix it you need a not very sensitive device that can format(like a samsung U600 phone).(although i did hear there was a microSD formatting tool that works even on corrupted microSD's)
