java.net.SocketException: Permission denied: connect

I get this every time I connect to the MCUpdate on Minecraft launcher (it starts up all the time). Also, when I attempt to connect to a server, I get:
java.net.SocketException: Permission denied: connect
I also get Fatal Error occured Permission denied: connect when trying to update. Please help me. I've tried reinstalling different versions of Java, all failed. I've uninstalled, rebooted, reinstalled and no good.
My specs are:
Gtx 560 Ti nVidia Gainward Golden Sample 1Gb
Intel i3
Windows 7 x64 Service pack 1
4gb RAM

And this problem only recently started today. I also can not use Java applets anymore. I've checked my firewalls.

Windows Firewall deals with serving, not accessing. It's something else denying it. Check the settings in your AV, it might have it's own firewall you're not aware of.
My AV has no firewall, this only started yesterday. It's Nod32, and I've had it since I got this computer.

'Cause auto-updates don't exist and there's no way ever that a settings file could get accidentally reset or corrupt and reloaded? :P

Check every piece of security software you have. Anything that's supposed to protect your computer from anything universally.

This is basically what I get on servers.
