Hardware Damaged contact pins

So I tried using paper clips and joy con rails like etika as RCM jig because I was being a dum dum and couldn't wait for the one that I ordered and now the contact pins are messed up so is there anything I can do also sorry if damage is bad I had to take a screenshot in order to show the actual photo btw this is on my switch and not the joy con

You will need to buy a new rail or at least the PCB part of the rail that the teeth are part of. Pretty simple to install, but you would need to look at a disassembly video or guide such as the one on ifixit.
 
shit lol, how hard did you pull, push etc? I used a paper clip initially and it worked pretty well. Just had to be "light on my feet".
 
Paper clips can easily damage or deform your pins so avoid using it. There are already lots of cheap jigs that simulates the joycon pins and wont damage your switch contact pins.

Agreed, use paperclip is def more risky.
