Hey, have been reading a bit and have heard of this d2pro key, which is supposed to be the real deal.

is it really that much better then the d2ckey? is it likley to replace the d2ckey? any insight appreciated, if i get my chip swapped within 2 weeks i dont have to payy for extra installation

d2pro is supposedly usb upgradeable via a ribbon and programmer, and d2ckey is not. Hopefully an even better solution will come along soon though. I wouldn't bother upgrading if there is a cost involved to you.

well, one of the big sellers of the wii for me was Mario Kart Wii, and through burden of living ive come to expect the worse to prepare for things, and im fully expecting that mario kart wii and the D2C key wont be compatible (dont flame me here, just my personal and _research lacking_ opinion.

Isnt the d2ckey apparently going to be upgraded through an attachment peice to the wii? or am i just be gullible :\

Also i havent been able to hear any hard info on ssbb with the d2ckey , hard refering to known gbatemp faces saying they are ownsing it up on a d2ckey with SSBB, till then, im a little unsure

I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar

    nope

@Xdqwerty you can use a "spawner" function on any object.

Or when your player dies, you can say in code, if enemy exists, do nothing, but if enemy does not exist, then create enemy at certain spot. (This would be a pain tho for lots of emeies)

Easiest, simple way would be just restart scene, but player would restart from beginning.
