ROM Hack Czech version of M&L RPG

There is no Czech version of M&L RPG. It will be great if there will be a translation of M&L RPG into Czech with the Font Images modified to have Czech letters. The only Czech characters in the ROM are á é í ó ú so you need things like inverted circumflex letters.
