Hacking CycloDS Tutorial

Hi, new to the forum and modding my ds. Usualy forums have pins at the top so people dont have to ask the same questions over and over but I dont see any here. But I just ordered a CycloDS today. Is there any tutorials that will walk me through from the start including how to install / update firmware, format micro sdhc cards, etc. Thats just a few things from what i've picked up reading. Thanks in advance.

This is what I used. Lots of how to videos on YouTube. Just make sure you use the current firmware, and not the old one in the video.

The Cyclo is extremely user friendly, which I believe is the reason that there isn't a FAQ yet (BTW, if anybody is interested, I would love to work on one).
