Hacking CycloDS - stuck memory card

I've got four CycloDS's - one bought a little while ago, and three purchased recently for friends.

Tried two of the newer ones today, and the memory cards are stuck inside the Cyclo..............

They work fine, but I can't get the memory cards out, so when it's time to put more games on it's going to be tricky.

Is there a secret trick to get them out? They are in the right way etc, the little lip is there to pull it out using your fingernails but it just won't budge.

Any help please

Use tweezers.

Nothing you can really do about that except try harder. It'll loosen up after a few times.

Yup, I had the same issue when I first got my CycloDS. I wound up using a grabber tool that came in a computer tool kit (I've used it for grabbing screws inside the case.) Worked well and after a few removals it loosened up enough to remove the card by hand.

And I still prefer this over the chintzy spring in the R4.

Ha, the first time I put it in, it took 3 minutes to get out. Theres no secret, eventually the more times you pull the card out, the smoother then end gets and the easier it is too come out. Mine comes out in a single pull now.

Be gentle-yet-firm until it loosens up.

what i did was just got my dad 2 do it lol...then i just take the card with the sticker facing away from me and pull out the card on the left side of it...easier
