Hacking Cyclo DS + EZ Flash 3in1+ GBA Cheating

Hey all,

I've read several topic, and google'd for a pretty long while...

But I can't figure out how to add cheats on my GBA Roms. (As in patching them in the rom.)

I used GBAATM & GABSharkY.
But I don't know how to make them read the cheats correctly.
And patch them correctly into the EUR Minish Cap rom.

I can use them on the VBA Emulator:

I want to use these Three cheats:

Enable code (must be on):
00006E8A 000A
1001D6A6 0007

Infinite Bombs & Arrows
82002AEC 6363

Infinite and Max Shells
82002B02 03E7
