Hacking CXMB Not Working

Hello everyone.
My CXMB is not working and I've downloaded in the past a working one but, I had to restart my memory stick from scratch. All the downloads of CXMB for me are not working at all. The themes do not show up in my themes section of my PSP. Btw My PSP is a PSP 3000 and has Pro-C fix 3 on it.

I had this same problem. I got it fixed by getting 5.00 cfw

I fixed it.... I put the themes in the wrong folder.
