Doesn't menuhax manager also install custom themes? I was told that installing themes through CHMM2 would deactivate menuhax

Yes you can.. However you need to put only 1 theme files at the menuhax_manager folder.

What I do is, change themes with CHMM2, exit to the homebrew launcher and then reinstall menuhax. Its a bit tedious, but im not changing themes all that often, so it doesn't really matter.

Download menuhax 2.1, it's a great and easy entrypoint. Along with that, install tinker, it allows easy custom themes alongside menuhax. Put any themes you have in the themes folder on the root of your sd card. Run tinker, select a theme, and install. Easy.
