Homebrew custom themes in emunand without the use of cia theme files

Is there a way I can install custom themes in emunand without converting my custom themes to cia?
stats:
n3ds 9.2
menuhax and hbc cia
reinand emunand (extra question: still trying to find a simple way to swap between sysnand and emunand with little to no extra files to use properly, can someone please help me with that?)

Install cia version of this on emunand and you'll be all set. You will have to run dsp firmware dumper first otherwise chmm won't work in emunand as a cia. https://gbatemp.net/threads/release-chmm2-custom-home-menu-manager-2.397543/#post-5674095

What exactly do I do with the dsp firmware dumper?

Just run it one and that's all. It will place the file on the root of your microSD card, but you don't have to do anything with it.
