Somebody know what happen to Themes | Theme Plaza ? Becouse at least for me it constantly loading the page and then all end with a impossibility to load the page. Is the website dead or is simply down?

This is Official Kiki & Lala theme, you see the bottom screen there's these characters are moving like gif, and I export the bottom screen image, it was like this:

And, when I remove the image and reimport it, it was like this:

So, How can I do that with this custom theme tool? and can I do that on the top screen?

Oh nevermind, I found it in flags option but I can't do that on top screen sadly.

Help Guys! My theme's bgm won't play in nintendo 3ds, it plays very well in Usagi and Themely BGM preview.
The Bgm is under 3MB, hz is 44100, format is bcstm, file name is "bgm" I used Usagi, Themely, Audacity, LoopingAudioConverter. other sfx are works perfectly well.

I also figured that out that I shouldn't use "LoopingAudioConverter 2.1.0" instead I had to use 2.0.0. it works fine now.

I can't get LoopingAudioConverter to work anymore. Earlier today I used it and everything worked fine. Now, just a few hours later, I'm doing everything exactly the same as earlier and I'm just not getting my files. It's telling me they were exported but they're nowhere to be found. I don't know what's going on with it, has this happened to anybody else? I have changed exactly 0 things from when it started to work to it now not working.

Apperently was my web browser that was acting strange. The next day i was able to see the website with no problem.

So I have a question for anyone willing to lend an ear, is there any form of tools that can be used to create a custom theme on android.

I do not have a PC and do not plan on getting one in the foreseeable future, as of to date, every single one I've owned was a lemon and died in weeks.
