Make sure you performed the following procedures.
1 - Using the application you created the package to run in the same area of your 3DS.

2- Activated the theme default.

3 - Before you install the package you have uninstalled the themes file using the FBI. Since you must carry out the process 2 before performing this procedure.

Important note you happen to have accessed at least once Themes store. If you have accessed you have installed a colorful theme.

my problem is that i am using gateway and its not compatible with HTT but i ll remember the procedure for the future

I have the Gateway with Emunand and can install themes perfectly in .cia packages.

I suggest you start using CHMM2 because the themes in cia format are uninstalled if you access any application that is integrated into the eShop.

Be sure that the theme you create is the same as your region (if your 3ds is USA then you need to make the CIA US aswel), i convert my themes bunch of times using that tool and it always work

yeah i did but gateway isnt compatible with HTT

6 New themes, after watching hibike, my mood suddenly got boosted, and i end up making 5 new themes at once
4 Hibike euphonium themes, 1 k-on, and 1 cat of the year
Only K-on theme with sfx, Yui guitar sfx, come with fuwa fuwa time soundtrack
3 Hibike euphonium themes comes with their new beautiful soundtrack Plovtsian Dances
The cat of the year theme with the final countdown song

Next project number 190
This project I'm doing an assembly with scrolling screens. There is still place the characters and make the icons and sfx effects.
I finished the images I made a perfect fit with no margin of error.
Needless to say the work I had to do this background image using only 4 images of the scene.
I removed all the characters and redid almost everything in Photoshop.

@miraclaime You could put the Rambo theme music on the cat theme I laughed a lot when I saw this theme.
It was really cool and funny to see an adventurous cat.​

I should be finishing this theme is still week. The only thing missing to make the icons I'm creating textures using sprints removed from the game.
