Homebrew Custom Theme Thread

well, hello and those things, i have a doubt and looks like this is the bes site to ask without having to make a new thread. doing a theme, more by me than for tutorials. only rest to make a wav with a size <3,3MB (I think, maybe i'm wrong), but i'm stuck cause the file is so big no matter what i do. the question is that i have a great digimon theme with a very good sound, so must be a way to do this that i missed or something. Help?

I will create a tutorial until next week on how to create SFX and BGM files with stereo quality. I have not yet had time to create this tutorial due to the short time available.
