Every piece of electronics or software comes with a EULA (End User License Agreement) which states you are not to alter the product or use it for unintended purposes. Copyright law is the law that protects companies it does not give end users freedom to mod/hack a game console,lmfao!

Yes you reserve the right to use it as you want just like they reserve the right to sue you for misusing it,lol. Not gonna happen though unless your producing or selling mass quantities of mod chips or putting copyrighted code on the internet. Nintendo doesn't have the time or resources to go after the thousands of people using the code or installing 1 mod chip into their consoles. They want the big fish not us. Anyways I can't wait to see what comes out of this. I loved Avalanche on the XboX and it would be great to see something along those lines on the Wii.
