is it legit?
I just tried it (the .zip version)

Any game that should have a custom icon is blank and trying to load all software crashes my switch.

Might be because I'm still using 20.4.0 but I'm not too sure.

View attachment 511078I pulled this off. It’s not spoofed by sys-tweak. I had to recompile the NSPs to get this to work. It changes the build number and hash, so cheats don’t work including graphic mods for 60 FPS.
hey not sure if you will see this but i have done the same . my problem is when when i repack it keeps the same title id but my icons become permanent. when i try to change icon again or revert to original the icon on home menu never changes . dbi and saphaira show the icon is changed. but the home menu icon never changes . do you have any insight to being able to change the icons back?

hello everyone . ive been looking into systweak for firmware 20.0.0+ and well ive hit a wall. i was able to use the info of the person that supposedly updated systweak. and messed around for a while. and finally got this far. ive updated systweak to support firmware 21.1.0 but i cant get the images to change on the home menu. however they are changing because i can see them changed in the app sphaira. so leads me to believe that sys-tweak is just not possible with the way home menu loads anymore. no matter what i change i get those spinning circles or nothing at all but when i have nothing at all the app is changed in sphaira. ill attach some images of what im talking about and if anyone wants to try and fix what i cant i cloned sys-tweak and renamed it sys-icon you can find here: https://github.com/eradicatinglove/sys-icon.git i cloned it and renamed it because i was messing with the files. at some point i can rename it to sys-tweak.

Hello again . this will be a last post i think . but still cant get my sys-icon(sys-tweak) to work on home menu. the only way is to use ulaunch that i know of . so ill show yall this. the image is using my sys-icon(sys-tweak) with ulaunch modded . i also modded uluanch to have the icons bigger than usual . normally its about 384x384 but i changed it to 512x512 . i have a custom theme so it fits with the new 512x512 i posted along with the modded ulaunch. i posted both sys-icon and modded ulaunch in my github. for now this is all i got still unsure its possible for systweak to work on normal home menu. but whow knows . for now you can enjoy this. i also have the the regular modded ulaunch with no 512x512 in the releases github.

i may did not understood it, but do we need qlaunch for it?
No, it works just like sys-tweak, but you must fallow the instructions carefully, if you make one mistake it will crash on bootup:
the important thing is the config.ini it must be saved with encoding UTF-8 without BOM (Byte-Order Mark), and have all lines:

[override_nacp]
name=Some Title
author=Some Publisher
display_version=21.37 (even this one, if it's missing it will crush at boot)

But if you don't want to change the display version every time the game gets updated just do this:

display_version=9999999999999999999999 (or delete this line in sys-ticon 1.0.2)

Because if its longer than requested, it is ignored, and it shows the current game version.

The only thing that it's missing are the box size rectangular icons, I never used them, but if you ask masagrator, maybe he will update sys-ticon to do that too.

To celebrate here is a update to my last icon for Polish fans:

[override_nacp]
name=Pokémon Legendy: Z-A
author=Nintendo
display_version=9999999999999999999999 (or delete this line in sys-ticon 1.0.2)
