Can anyone share the latest Sys-tweak? Im trying to download it but it says expired? Im logged in to my account so im not sure if im doing something wrong.

I don't think you are doing anything wrong it says the same for me, I don't have access to my switch at the moment but if nobody else puts up a copy I'll do mine this evening.

This uses exactly the same files inside 00FF747765616BFF than sysclk, is this even compatible with sysclk? Or you have to choose between sysclk and systweak?

pretty sure the sysclk i use is 00FF0000636C6BFF and this is 00FF747765616BFF they're different folders

every time i add systweak, it stays on the Nintendo switch logo and never goes into HOS.

make sure you have the right verion of sys-tweak

make sure you get the right icon if it's saving as "webp" it will cause an error

Just resize the image to 256x256 no cropping don't save as progressive and save as jpg aim for filesize under 120kb

sys-tweak is still functional on fw14 / ams1.3.0 prerelease
