Hacking Custom Firmware for the R4

I then encrypted YSMENU.NDS into a _DS_MENU.DAT file using r4crypt, so that the R4 would boot it in place of the R4 menu.


I can't seem to do that cause r4crypt always crashes with a MSVCR80.DLL error,while i'm at it can you have multiple backrounds?

@Spec2k, That was a great review

- alot of the "junk" files existed because the zip was purely a dump from my microSD card, so I still had the system files for the R4DS firmware, and I wasn't sure which of the TTDS files were needed.

@Swip, I was unaware of that, so will remove the link from my previous post.

I'm glad people who got the files have enjoyed them, and I can't wait until Yasu distributes a complete working solution for the R4DS with dldi/homebrew support.
