Is there a way to Distribute a Pokemon to Multiple people at the same time and even overseas?

Like open up the Pkmn File and add the recipitent's Friendcode and then it will send somehow

or have the Wondercard Distribute over Wi-fi the friends in the Pal Pad

There's the multiuser configured version of the SendPkm program... I imagine that's probably floating around out there somewhere, as there've been a few people giving out custom Pokemon events on their website.

But there's no way to do it actually in-game, as you described, no. Wondercards that are redistributable (none released in the US have been, to date) can only be broadcast over local Wireless, meaning the person you're sending it to actually has to be physically within the the range of your DS's wireless. Wondercards can't be sent over the internet by games.
