Is there a channel that will allow wads to be run from within the channel?
Also will the wad manager channel do exactly froom within the channel as if it was run through hbc or does it have to be loaded to channel?

If I understand exactly what your saying then yes, the wad manager 1.3 channel runs just like you where lauching it from a sd card via homebrew channel.

If you mean run them without installing them then no otherwise make or get a Wad Manager channel

Personally I'm tired of seeing that weird ass mario picture

But the first one is kinda bland without the extra material haha - so i'd vote the second one.

Here's a few that I put together.
No icons for them because I just used other icons posted around here and modified some other icons I found on wiibrew.org

Why ever would you want to use Ocarina? Use Gecko OS lol. Here's the gecko wad I provided in the image above with the blue gecko.
