Hacking Homebrew Custom backgrounds with Dev Hook

Hi there,

I just got Dev Hook working on my PSP and it's imitating a 2.7 firmware. Does anyone know how to get a black background with the wavy lines?
Back when I had a regular 1.5 psp, i just replaced all my backgrounds with black and kept the wavy effect.

Anyone know how to get that effect while on DevHook .46?
