Got it, will probably just leave out universal plugin loading from BOOTNTR section and just have it for the LUMA 3DS Plugin Loader section. If you're using NTR the plugin can be named whatever you want. As for loading it for all games, you may be able to put it in the SD:/plugin/game/ folder but that loads it for all games, including games that already have a plugin in their own folders (causing two plugins to be loaded).
Yea I got that, I was just mainly asking because if using normal luma and BOOTNTR instead of the plugin loader version. Was just checking to see if it's still the same old method of doing things, but going by Analogs answer I might leave Universal Loading out for BOOTNTR and only include it for Luma 3DS Plugin Loader. This method is also known as "Universal Plugin"(IMO) it runs the plugin on every games and even homebrew so we better disable the plugin loader everytime we want to open homebrew apps.
- If a plugin isn't found in the tid folder, Luma3DS will search for ActionReplay.plg in sd:/luma/plugins/ActionReplay/ActionReplay.plg
