Hacking CTRClient keeps failing to connect.

I've been trying to get DevMenu installed, but CTRClient doesn't seem to want that, sadly.

I previously had gotten it to install on my previous SD card (got a new one yesterday), but now CTRclient keeps failing to connect. What can I do?
