Can someone teach me how to create a wad file (Just a simple wad file, nothing fancy) that would forward to a particular channel.

CustomizeMii can relatively easily make forwarders, there's a general tutorial here

However, the base WAD downloads are broken, so you'll have to use something else for a base

ok, first of all there's a link on the page that you gave me "Some additional base WADs made by SifJar are available here" . I downloaded them with no problem. So i can use one of them as a base, right?
Secondly, it says on the tutorial page "Browse for an existing wad file. Note that this has to be the wad of a channel (IOS wads and other stuff will result in an error when loading)"
Does it mean i can use a wad file of one of my existing WII channels (for example FCE Ultra GX) and use it as a base?
Finally, I watched this video on youtube () and this guy uses a base wad file (nes - NESS.wad) that he uploaded. I downloaded it and i can use it as a base and basically follow what he does in the video, right?

I do believe you can use any channel as a base, yes

ok, i see, now the question is to make it forward to the channel that i want i need to browse for the necessary dol file in the Options tab, right?

ok, got it, what about other options on the Options tab? Like Startup IOS, NAND loader, Turn off security checks, etc? Do I leave them the way they are?

ok, last question

what i wanna do is create a channel that would forward to an application (game) in the apps folder on my SD card.

For example, I downloaded this wii homebrew game Splatter Castle and I don't want to click on the Homebrew Channel channel and then click on this game in the list to play it every time, instead I want to have a channel for this game in the Wii main menu or whatever you call it, you know what I mean, this is what i am talking about. (see image below)

So, all the steps that you recommended in this conversation are the right steps to make a WAD file that would do exactly that (create a channel that would take me to the app i want), right?

dude, I have no idea what those are. I softmodded my Wii following one of the online tutorials, I have a homebrew channel, lots of emulators, Wiiflow, etc and a regular homescreen like this one, for example,
