On launch, crash of the titans displays the message "Please insert the Crash of the Titans Game Disc.", when running from hard drive using USB Loader GX (r425).
Does anyone know what could be causing this and how to fix it? also, for some reason, although it's a PAL game, it's swapping to 576i (NTSC).

I have tried putting in a random disc, to no effect.
I reinstalled IOS36 rev10 and now Uniiloader is working, and it loads it fine, so why isn't USBLGX?
