The standard folders for Wiiflow is apps/Wiiflow. It does not matter which ios flavor that you run...

Thanks...

The forwarder I posted earlier worked... One problem I noted though about wiiflow's autodetection of partitions. I have a setup like below and I needed to have a wbfs folder on the first partition too otherwise it complained about the usb device not connected... (Normally I keep all the games on my ntfs partition) Then I copied one game to my fat partition too then it can boot both the games on either fat or ntfs partitions.... all tests done with 249 flavour...

Partition 0 : FAT
Partition 1 : NTFS

Reposting the link for the forwarder (I had removed it while testing )
For completeness sake, here you are : Wiiflow & uLoader forwarder

Great job wiiflow team! game launching is pretty quick compared to other forwarding solutions.

ps: To those who will complain about it's not working : You need at least rev148 of wiiflow!

Can not wait to try this. I have been wanting to create a forwarder channel for Netflix. As for the partition stuff, my drive has only one FAT32 partition so I have no problems. However your setup should not require a wbfs folder on the FAT partition if you games are on your NTFS. You might want to post that problem here because that should be fixed...
Wiiflow?

Wiicrazy,

Just noticed something you should try. Check page 7 in the wiiflow settings for Game Partition. I think if you set this to your NTFS partition then you will not need the WBFS folder on your FAT partition.

Hi Wiicrazy,

I just finished with my forwarder channel for Netflix and it works like a charm. Thanks for implementing this so fast. I was wondering if you will create a new version 3.3c perhaps? Also I notice that you have not posted your releases to google code. Any reason why not? Anyway thanks again...

Well sources are a bit messy so I don't quite often update the google code page. And it's lame to release a new version just because new loaders added... Let's see what else we can pack into 3.4...

Nope, that won't help. When using the "direct launch" method, all your partitions are scanned for the game. And I think that that's where the problem is. The check function expects the directory to exists.

I'll fix that in a later revision. Most important is that it works right now

That you, WiiCrazy, for your fast change to Crap!

Does anyone know if the v1.6 USB game channels created with crap 3.3 support USB 2.0? I've recently installed IOS 58 because of a Configurable USB Loader update, since I'm on system menu 4.1U, but I was just curious if the self-loading channels support it.

USB 2.0 support is in the cios (they support it since kwiirk released his cios)... IOS 58 is irrelevant...

Have you ever thought of building a crap that could be run as an APP on the Wii?

I think it would be pretty cool to scan my WBFS directory, and auto build loaders for all the games currently existing there. Similar to use all under crap and install locally instead of by ip. Another feature would be a check for differences, in which games that no longer existed on the WBFS would be noticed and their forwarders would be removed.

Or is there something like this already?

Yea that would be a great app, specially for mac users that cant run Crap. Although I think it is a more complex program than the ones we run using homebrew. But.. remember when we though that loading games from HDs was not possible

Okay, this is the first time that I've created channels for games before and I just wanted to make sure that I did everything correctly. I am using the latest version of WiiFlow. I was successfully able to create the wad and got it installed as a channel. Now, when I select that channel (Netflix) it doesn't load Netflix rather it loads WiffFlow and takes me directly to the box art of Netflix where I can then click it and press play. Is this out channel "shortcuts" work? I was hoping that once I clicked 'start' on the channel that it would automatically load the app/game. Please let me know if I missed a step or if this is the outcome. Thanks in advance and great job!

I referred to your link but that that didn't answer my question. I have the latest version of WiiFlow and everything's installed correctly. I just wanted to know whether or not I had it hooked up correctly as the applications and games weren't being directly loaded rather it was taking me directly into the WiiFlow application. Do the other loaders do this too?

Dunno, maybe wiiflow just changed implementation and now shows an intermediate screen... try first beta that this feature is introduced (rev 148) see if anything differs... Then how is your partition setup? There might be a problem too wiiflow detecting your drive finding the partition that games exist...

I'll take a look tonight when I get home as to what rev I am using. Also, I have my drive setup as FAT32 so that I can utilize the drive for storage outside of the Wii. What's the best loader to use Crap with in your personal opinion? Perhaps I'll try a different loader tonight as well.

Cfg forwarder is the least problematic one among all, most standalone loaders are outdated and can't be used with fat32/ntfs filesystems. Though I still recommend wiiflow forwarder as it takes less time to launch the game compared to cfg.

Will this ever supports WiiFlow ?? WiiFlow loads game way more faster than anything else !!
Wiiflow support loading a game by specifying a game id as argument. As far as I know, that should be enough for Crap. If that isn't true, please let me know. The first release that Crap support was added to wiiflow was r148. The code which launches a game directly did not change.

Is there any way to add wiiflow to the list of possible loader to choose from ?? Right now I cannot see it.

You just need to extract the rar file posted above over to your existing CrapV3.2b installation...

3.3 release is in the works btw.. Also I'd like to make a name change with the new release...
