I feel much more excited for this than I do for xmas for some reason. Is it just me, or are us WiiFlow users a little more into our loader than others. I feel like this has been sort of a little secret for us up until now, but that it might just blow wide open with this upcoming release. Everyone's gonna be hopping on the bandwagon, guaranteed... which is a good thing, of course.
I agree completely. I've been using WiiFlow since the beginning, but at first I overlooked this thread because it appeared to be a demo only, and there were quite a few concept threads floating around. When I realized there was an actual release, I gave it a try, and was blown away. At that time I was using CoverFloader, because it was the first "fully realized" coverflow loader. WiiFlow was so impressive, however, that I found it hard to use both loaders, and stuck with WiiFlow. When I hear other members talk about the other loaders, I often get the impression that they've never tried WiiFlow, and that's fine for now.
I've always loved this loader for it's smooth feel, and fantastic manipulation/animation of 3-D box art in a coverflow environment. It's masterfully crafted, and while I'm guilty of downloading (and testing) the 100 million different revisions of GX, I appreciate the important, and meaningful revisions that WiiFlow slowly leaks out.
I get the feeling that when WiiFlow is near completion, it will finally get a new thread that it undoubtedly deserves. It will be huge, or else it will be a treasured secret, that all of us will share. Either way, I'm excited about the new revision that you lucky few are testing, and I can't thank Hibern enough for making a loader that is better than what most companies would pay a fortune to produce
